Making a Payment

Contact Us

You can pay for your holiday with us in one of three ways. However, please do not send or arrange any payment until you have received your provisional booking confirmation from us. This will confirm the amount you will need to pay for your stay in the property, including the returnable security deposit.

Please note that your booking is not finally confirmed until we have received your payment in full.

Payment by cheque

Please send us your cheque, to arrive with us at least ten days before the start of your stay, and make this out to "Banquo Holiday Letting". Please post it to:

Banquo Holiday Letting
Garden House
Fownhope Court
FOWNHOPE
Hereford HR1 4PB

Credit Card Payment

We can accept payment by credit card in two ways.

You can pay online, via PayPal secure credit card payments, by clicking on the button below. Please note that you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this facility.

Alternatively, you can telephone us, on 01432 860221, to give us your credit card details personally. We will then take payment of the agreed amount from your card. Please note that our record of your credit card details will be destroyed once the transaction has been processed. For security reasons, please do not send us your credit card details by email.

Payment by PayPal

If you are a member of PayPal, you can use this facility to make a payment to us. Please pay to the following email address:

ian.quayle@banquo.co.uk

Return of Security Deposit

We will return your security deposit by posting you a cheque for the appropriate amount shortly after the end of your stay. If you prefer to receive this repayment via PayPal, please let us know in good time.

In the unlikely event that we need to make a deduction from your deposit (eg to pay for extra cleaning or damage) then we will notify you of this in advance and give you the opportunity to discuss the reasons for this deduction.
