Booking and Availability
The property is generally available for holiday lets of up to three weeks at a time, throughout the year. Our minimum let duration is for two nights.

Please note that the prices indicated are advisory and we reserve the right to change these at any time prior to you making a firm booking.
We are willing to accept bookings shorter than a week, subject to availability, but the pro-rata daily rate will be accordingly higher than shown above. Please contact us for a price if you require a shorter let.
What the tariff includes: Everything!
- All bed linen and towels (replaced weekly for longer lets)
- All heating costs including hot water
- All electricity
- A welcome pack that includes various goodies for you to make yourself a simple meal or snack on your arrival
The only cost excluded is use of the BT landline telephone, for which a pay-box is provided.
Security Deposit
We require a small security deposit of £25 per person staying, payable on booking. This would cover the cost of any major damage or exceptional cleaning. However we accept that minor accidental breakages, of crockery and glassware etc, will sometimes occur and we would not normally make a deduction for such as these. We will not make any deductions from your deposit without discussing this with you first and we endeavour to return your deposit to you within a week from the end of your stay.

Other Relevant Information
Please note that we are unable to accept pets. Also, because the property is on three levels it may not be suitable for anyone who has particular difficulty in climbing stairs.
